Our policies are very simple. They are as follows:
Purchase/Refund Policy: Any software purchase is refundable up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If it is past 30 days, you must speak with us to see if we can work out another arrangement. Our phone number is (800) 404-0634. If you’re not happy, either are we.
Support Auto Bill Pay: If you need to cancel your support subscription and you are on the monthly auto bill pay plan, you are still responsible for paying the remainder of your annual term. If due to non payment your subscription is cancelled and you wish to renew at a later time, you will be required to pay the full annual payment. When your subscription is ready for renewal after a year, you may then return to monthly auto pay.
All plans which take advantage of the monthly auto bill pay will auto renew each year unless otherwise noted.
Expired Plans: If your subscription expires and is not renewed within 60 days, there will be a renewal fee of $100 in addition to the regular annual cost upon re-activation. This amount is subject to change. Expired plans over 2 years or if it’s an unsupported older version, renewal will require a new software purchase.
Non-Software Purchases: For purchases that are non-software in nature, such as support plans, business consulting, design services or SEO services, these are not refundable. Payment is required upfront for all services purchased.
Hours: Regular business hours are M-F 10AM -6PM EST. For after hours or weekend support please schedule an appointment and we will work with you at that time. You can always email us using our contact form or call us at anytime. We will respond to emergencies on weekends as quickly as we are able.
