We cannot encourage you enough to sign up for the Maintenance & Support Plan. It is an integral part to running your business with our ezFramer software.

We do not force anyone to pay for these - it is optional. However, when you purchase our Basic or Full versions, you will get the first year free. If you decide you still want to use the software but not renew your plan - that is fine and there is no penalty.

Vendor Updates: These are very important because as your vendors increase their prices, or change their inventory offerings, you need to stay abreast of these changes to keep your profits in line and your business running efficiently.

With an active plan you will get access to these updates so that instead of having to manually enter in each new moulding or delete the items, you can just download and import the changes with just a few easy clicks. Talk about a time saver!

It's very simple - you do not have to be a computer guru to do this at all! If you have any questions we can help you over the phone or by email.

Program Updates: Whenever we need to make changes to the software, albeit a fix or an enhancement, you will have access to these.

We like to listen to the feedback of our customers, and often their comments or suggestions end up in these updates.

Technical Support: We offer a toll free number for our technical support. You have access to this number when you have an active plan. We also provide support via email. Some people like to speak to an actual person, and with this company you will! Other people prefer email and we are happy to correspond that way too! Either way is fine with us.

Here is the info in a nutshell:

Our ezFramer Basic/Full versions are $300 a year, OR $25/month auto billing. The end price comes out the same.

Our ezFramer Express version is $199 a year, and we also offer a 6 month plan too.
