ezFramer Maintenance & Support Plans

All ezFramer software bundled purchases come with a free year of Maintenance & Support and includes the following:

  • Unlimited toll free and/or email support
  • Software updates
  • Vendor pricing updates (moulding & mats)
  • Online training

Maintenance and support renewals are optional although we strongly recommend keeping your subscription up to date. Without an active plan, your business will lose money with out of date vendor pricing unless you manually update your costs with every single update.  With an active plan you don’t have to do all that work manually.  By keeping your subscription active we are there when you need us at no extra cost – during hours or after hours. However without an active plan you will be billed a per hour rate for any assistance and will not receive priority assistance as we service those with an active plan first.

Vendor Updates

Vendor updates are critical to your bottom line.  Vendors frequently update prices on their mouldings and mats.  We notify you of any updates so you know to run an update.  Your retail prices will adjust accordingly so you don’t have a shrinking profit margin.
