Purchase/Refund Policy: Any purchase related to our software is refundable up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If it is past 30 days, you must speak with us to see if we can work out another arrangement. Our phone number is (800) 404-0634.

Support Auto Bill Pay: If you need to cancel your support subsription, and you are on the monthly auto bill pay plan, you are still responsible for paying the remainder of your term.

All plans which take advantage of the monthly auto bill pay will auto renew each year unless otherwise noted.

If your subscription expires and is not renewed within 60 days, there will be a renewal fee of $75 in addition to the regular annual cost upon re-activation.

That's it! Very simple. If you are not happy... we are not happy.

Privacy Policy: We do not share your contact information with any outside 3rd party. nuTech owns ezFramer.com, avonto.com and softwarebynutech.com, therefore you may receive emails from any of our 3 domains. From time to time we send out promotional materials to those who have provided us with a means of contact, either phone numbers or email. To be removed from our database, all you have to do is send an email to support (@) ezFramer.com or call (800) 404-0634.
